Key Responsibilities

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Lead and oversee all construction activities on site to ensure delivery of the project in line with scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements while respecting sustainability & durability principles (really important for this project).
  2. Coordinate all contractors, consultants, and suppliers (civil, structural, MEP, architecture, interior design, landscape, kitchen equipment).
  3. Review and validate project documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, QA/QC procedures, and progress reports.
  4. Act as the main interface between the Client (Valrhona) and the Main Contractor / CM team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  5. Manage project planning & scheduling, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
  6. Control costs and variations, verify BoQ, monitor site expenditures, and propose optimization solutions.
  7. Monitor site HSE performance, enforce safety procedures, and lead meetings when needed.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (planning updates, work progress, issues log, risk assessments, KPIs).
  9. Lead coordination meetings with contractors, design consultants, and internal teams.
  10. Participate in inspections and testing (MEP commissioning, civil/structure inspections, vendor factory checks).
  11. Support handover processes, punch list inspection, as-built documentation review, and final acceptance.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Project Management – Required
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction project management (hospitality, commercial, industrial, or experiential projects) – Required
  3. Solid technical knowledge in civil works, structure, and MEP coordination – Required
  4. Strong project planning (MS Project or equivalent) and cost control skills – Required
  5. Experience working with international clients or in multicultural environments – Preferred
  6. Experience in Bali projects – Preferred
  7. Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  8. Hands-on, solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on fast-paced sites
  9. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
Location & Availability

-  Based in: Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Beraban, Tabanan, Bali, at the Valrhona Bali Chocolate Park site.

-  Accomodation near the site can be provided

-  Position available immediately.

-  Contract duration: Until completion of the construction phase (expected mid-2027)

-  This position is open to both Indonesian nationals and expatriate candidates
