Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT infrastructure, specifically in managing VMware and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience in advanced network design, configuration, and management.
  • Installation, configuration, and management of VMware vSphere and related products.
  • Experience in server virtualization and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Subnetting).
  • Management of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Advanced network troubleshooting.
  • Setup and management of physical servers and SAN-based storage.
  • Knowledge of RAID, iSCSI, and other storage technologies.
  • Experience using backup tools such as Veeam or Zerto.
  • Designing and managing reliable backup & recovery strategies.
  • Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with IT monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds).
  • Scripting expertise (PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Ready to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
  • Excellent time management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the availability and performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
  • Managing and maintaining the VMware environment, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.
  • Designing and implementing backup & recovery solutions according to business needs.
  • Coordinating with other teams to maintain system integrity and data security.
  • Creating technical documentation related to IT infrastructure.
