Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Menerapkan metode Zero Defect untuk menjaga kualitas standar produk plastik secara keseluruhan.
  2. Melakukan optimasi proses dan desain tooling dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas produk, efisiensi biaya, serta keunggulan desain.
  3. Menganalisis hasil simulasi Moldflow dan menentukan parameter injeksi yang optimal berdasarkan perhitungan ilmiah (scientific calculation).
  4. Melakukan Design of Experiments (DoE) untuk mold serta berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan sampel mold.
  5. Menyiapkan tooling untuk produk baru di seluruh tahapan proses produksi, mulai dari konsep hingga ke tahap produksi massal.

Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Pendidikan minimalD3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Precision Tool, atau jurusan relevan lainnya.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman profesional minimal 2 tahun di bidang manufaktur, tooling, atau plastic molding.
  3. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bahan, proses, dan teknologi injeksi plastik.
  4. Menguasai software Moldflow Simulation and Analysis.
  5. Berpengalaman dalam Design of Experiments (DoE) serta Validation Protocol (IQ, OQ, dan PQ).
  6. Kemampuan analitis yang kuat, pemecahan masalah, dan berpikir kritis.
  7. Pengalaman dalam melakukan pengujian dan validasi produk yang dihasilkan.
  8. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, kerja tim, dan berorientasi pada hasil.
