Persyaratan Umum:
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin / Manufaktur / Mekatronika / Industri atau jurusan terkait.
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang assembling dan/atau machining (CNC, milling, turning, drilling, grinding) lebih diutamakan.
  • Mampu bekerja secara teliti, disiplin, dan sesuai standar kualitas.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani.

Kompetensi Teknis yang Dibutuhkan:

Assembling :

  • Menguasai proses assembling engine / komponen mekanik, termasuk metode perakitan, torque setting, dan alignment.
  • Memahami standar quality control dalam assembling (fungsi, kekuatan, kebocoran, kelistrikan, dll.).
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik, wiring diagram, dan SOP assembling.
  • Familiar dengan penggunaan tools & equipment assembling (torque wrench, jig & fixture, pneumatic tools, dll.).

Machining :

  • Menguasai pengoperasian mesin CNC (Computer Numerical Control), termasuk setting program, tooling, dan maintenance dasar.
  • Mampu menggunakan mesin CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) untuk pengukuran dan kontrol kualitas produk.
  • Memahami proses machining (milling, turning, drilling, grinding) serta standar presisi dan toleransi (GD&T).
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik dan spesifikasi komponen mekanik.
  • Familiar dengan software CAD/CAM (misalnya Mastercam, AutoCAD, atau sejenisnya) menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai Lean Manufacturing, 5S, dan Kaizen lebih disukai.

Soft Skills:
  • Analisa detail & problem solving yang kuat dalam menangani isu proses produksi.
  • Komunikatif dan kolaboratif, mampu bekerja lintas departemen (Engineering, QC, Production, Maintenance).
  • Disiplin terhadap SOP, safety, dan target produksi.
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menjaga kualitas hasil kerja.
  • Berorientasi pada continuous improvement, efisiensi waktu, biaya, dan kualitas.
