About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team at PT Formulatrix Indonesia. As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and improving our production processes to drive efficiency and quality. This is a full-time position based in Central Java.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, configure, and optimize Manufacturing/CNC machining process to produce machined parts.
  • Assess and evaluate design to manufacture based on the 2D and 3D.
  • Design and implement innovative processes, systems, and solutions to enhance production rates and output quality.
  • Manage the introduction of new products and processes into the production environment for mass production, including the development of technical documentation.
  • Manage cost and time constraints to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA/DFMEA) to identify potential failures in the production process.

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

  • Understand/be able to interpret 2D drawings for manufacturing needs.

  • Proficient in CAM and CAD software.
  • Have experience operating CNC machines (milling, lathe, laser, bending).
  • Understand the selection and application of cutting tools (cutting parameters).
  • Able to develop jigs/fixtures for machining process needs.
  • Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
