About the role

Sigmatech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure technology projects within the banking industry. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives that are crucial to the growth and digital transformation of our client organisations. This is a contract role based in South Tangerang, Banten.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-project support
  2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource schedules
  3. Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating the efforts of developers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
  5. Communicate progress and status updates to executive stakeholders and project sponsors
  6. Ensure projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. +3 or +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure and technology projects
  3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track milestones
  4. Strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies, data centre operations, and enterprise IT systems
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence decision-making
  6. Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  7. Familiarity with banking industry regulations, compliance, and security standards
