About the role

This full-time Project Manager role at PT Sepuluh Sumber Anugerah offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver complex construction projects all over Indonesia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and coordination to budget control and stakeholder management.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget control
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project team members
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
