Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Menjalin dan memelihara hubungan yang erat dengan pelanggan kunci untuk memahami kebutuhan mereka secara mendalam.
  2. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi akun untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi pelanggan.
  3. Menjadi titik kontak utama bagi pelanggan, menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan memastikan masalah terselesaikan dengan efisien.
  4. Menganalisis data dan tren pasar untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan dan merumuskan rekomendasi strategis.
  5. Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyediakan solusi yang disesuaikan dengan pelanggan.
  6. Mempertahankan pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang produk, layanan, dan tren industri kami.
  7. Mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan yang ditetapkan.

Kualifikasi

  1. Usia min. 27 tahun
  2. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Marketing, Matematika atau bidang terkait.
  3. Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai account executive/sales supervisor di industri FMCG, khususnya distribusi makanan dan minuman.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang kuat dan berpikir kritis berbasis data.
  5. Memahami strategi pengembangan akun dan manajemen pelanggan.
  6. Mampu menganalisis data penjualan dan merancang strategi pengembangan akun.
  7. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu membimbing tim.
  8. Komunikatif, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada target.
  9. Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama )Microsoft Excel.
  10. Memiliki pemahaman tentang proses bisnis distribusi menjadi nilai tambah.
