About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated ERP Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics ERP) to join our dynamic team at PT Dinamika Solusi Informatika. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting our enterprise-level software solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and end-user training to ensure seamless implementation of ERP systems
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to maintain knowledge repositories
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ERP solutions that drive business value for our clients

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Computerized Accounting System preferable, or other related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ERP software, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV or Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operation/AX (preferable) or any other ERP
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client requirements
  • Minimum GPA 3.3
