  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, amendments, and termination.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure contract terms effectively protect the company's interests.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure contracts adhere to local Indonesian laws and regulations as well as internal company policies.
  • Regularly monitor contract performance to ensure compliance by all parties.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, project teams) and external partners (e.g., clients, suppliers).
  • Resolve disputes or issues arising during contract execution.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain contract records, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Use contract management systems (if applicable) to track contract status.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular reports to management on contract performance.
  • Analyze contract data and propose optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field, with preference for experience in the Indonesian market.

  • Familiarity with construction, procurement, or service contracts is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal regulations and international contract practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and contract management tools.

  • Language:

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

  • Other Requirements:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
