Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding, based in Gambir. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and maintaining business relationships with clients, understanding their freight and logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also requires maintaining excellent knowledge of freight forwarding trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Freight Forwarding processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Business development skills, including identifying new clients, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in market research and trend analysis, along with problem-solving and creative thinking to address client needs.
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development within the logistics or freight industry is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a benefit.
