What You'll Do
Responsible for pipeline Management, Sales & Revenue forecasting, sales approach & strategy development and implementation.  Establishing sales strategy and action plan to win new Agencies to achieve yearly profit target by offering AnyMind Group productIdentifying and generating potential profitable business relationship / opportunities by studying integration of new growth areas and trends accompany with company strategies and operations; examining risk and potential and estimating partner needs and goals Empowering, coaching, delegating and retaining qualified members that will contribute to Company business  Ensuring operational delivery and Department run as expected. Monitoring team's performance and project's execution within and cross DepartmentWho You Are 
Bachelor degree in background.5+ years of strong experience in digital advertising business along with 3 years as Managerial level. Strong connection with Brands.Proven direct selling experience to brand and agency marketing with have strong pipeline by yearly. Preferably someone has strong knowledge in Media Buying product, Influencer and programmatic. Detailed-oriented, number sensitive and innovative. Fluent in communicating in English is a mustWhy You'll Love It
