Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Memastikan fasilitas gedung (AC, listrik, air, lift, genset, pompa, dan sistem gedung serta fasilitas lainnya) berfungsi dengan baik.
- Melakukan inspeksi rutin serta mengoordinasikan perawatan dan perbaikan fasilitas.
Mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi vendor (cleaning service, security, teknisi) sesuai SLA
Menjaga dan menerapkan keselamatan dan keamanan gedung, termasuk sistem K3 dan peralatan darurat seperti mengecek APAR, hydrant, alarm kebakaran, emergency exit serta mendukung audit keselamatan gedung
- Menangani administrasi fasilitas, laporan operasional, dan inventaris aset gedung.
- Mengontrol anggaran operasional serta penggunaan listrik dan air.
- Mengusulkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan memastikan operasional gedung berjalan aman dan efektif.
Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan D3 jurusan jurusan Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro/Teknik Sipil.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Facility/General Affairs Staff di bidang Pemeliharaan Gedung.
- Pengalaman di ISS, SOS, atau perusahaan facility management sejenis menjadi nilai tambah
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam manajemen pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan gedung bertingkat.
- Memahami dasar-dasar perawatan gedung dan fasilitas.
- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen vendor dan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan vendor dan tim internal.
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office).
- Memahami dasar K3 / HSE menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang peraturan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan yang berlaku
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
