Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Building & Facilities Management team, including technicians and support staff.
  • Manage comprehensive facility management activities across all company sites (Head Office and Branch Offices), ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment that aligns with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance workplace efficiency by developing and implementing effective systems, layouts, and operational procedures.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of renovation and fit-out projects, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in facility, property, or building management — preferably within office, warehouse, or retail environments.
  • Strong background in managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and asset management across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (minimum 3 years) overseeing technical teams, contractors, and building operations.
  • In-depth understanding of building systems and utilities, including : a. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, and Fire Protection; b. Preventive and corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and energy efficiency; c. Building safety, security systems, and sustainability practices.
  • Familiar with local regulations, compliance standards, and permit handling related to building operations.
  • Solid knowledge of HSE/SHE principles, safety standards, and environmental sustainability in facility management.
  • Experienced in renovation or fit-out projects — including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and end-to-end execution.
  • Skilled in vendor and budget management to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical ability in preparing and presenting reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan long-term property management initiatives and improvement programs.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications in Facility Management, HSE/SHE, or Project Management (preferred).
  • Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines and dynamic operational requirements.
