Distribution Center Finance Controller

This position will be based across Indonesia.

Description:

  • Supervise administrative teams across 2–3 Distribution Centers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, overdue balances, and collections to achieve AR targets.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in
    Odoo
    in line with company regulations.
  • Oversee accurate bank reconciliations by customer and invoice number.
  • Manage cash flow for each Distribution Center.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for
    AR, Collection, and Panjer
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in
    Odoo
    and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
