Job Overview:

The KOL Specialist plays a role in managing the end-to-end TikTok content lifecycle, from developing daily calendars and briefing creators to executing final uploads. They drive channel growth by conducting continuous trend analysis and competitor monitoring, while utilizing audience feedback and performance reports to refine and optimize content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create daily TikTok content plans and calendars
  • Manage the end-to-end TikTok content process: planning, briefing, uploading, and reporting
  • Brief content creators and video editors based on approved creative briefs
  • Monitor audience feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct regular trend analysis and competitor monitoring on TikTok
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in the beauty, skincare, fashion, or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Experienced handling TikTok content for a beauty brand is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and algorithm
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions and CTAs
  • Familiarity with TikTok Creator Tools
  • Familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools
  • Fast learner and adaptable to platform and trend changes
  • Excellent communication skills in English
