Commerce ops TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Creator Strategy Specialist - Indonesia **Location**: Jakarta Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A207750 **Responsibilities**: About the team In this team, you will be responsible in creator operation strategy localization, horizontal planning as well as project management. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Set up traceable matrix to better evaluate TikTok Shop creators ecosystem, make periodic adjustments, and plan for the business target and budget. - Monitor affiliate/creators' business progress, deep dive into the business changes, give clear attribution and feasible solutions. Improve overall operation efficiency through data optimization and visualization. - Conceive and develop timely operation initiatives in order to drive meaningful change within the ecosystem and capture novel opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, coordination, and execution. - Deep understanding of content/creator market and eCommerce in Indonesia, familiar with the most recent trending topics & content consumed by the targeted audience **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of working experience in eCommerce, business analytics, data analytics or consulting - Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and passionate about internet culture - Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently - Highly organized, proactive project manager: adapt at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously.
