We're now looking for a Marketing Specialist
who's passionate about growth, creative campaigns, and performance marketing. You'll play a key role in managing digital campaigns, optimizing acquisition funnels, and bringing business ideas to life

This is a full time job and we're located at
Tanjung Duren Utara, West Jakarta.


What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, email, etc.).
  • Develop creative promotions tailored to each partner brand.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics — CAC, conversion rate, ROI.
  • Optimize lead generation funnels from awareness to closing with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with agencies (design, ads, content) to ensure campaign results meet business goals.
  • Report marketing performance weekly and monthly to management.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad content and landing pages to improve lead quality.


Who You Are

  • Female or male,
    max 28 years old

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
    (1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing is a plus).
  • Understands Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Analytical mindset and confident working with data & reports.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming promotional ideas.
  • Excellent communication, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
