Account Manager/B2B Customer Success

Tanggung Jawab Utama :
- Melakukan sesi pelatihan dan edukasi untuk admin perusahaan terkait penggunaan Business Portal.
- Mendampingi proses onboarding karyawan klien hingga akun mereka terhubung dengan profil perusahaan.
- Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan adopsi produk di seluruh layanan Business (transport, food, delivery, dll.).
- Memantau performa akun klien, tren penggunaan, dan tingkat kepuasan.
- Menyusun dan mempresentasikan laporan performa, termasuk Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan.
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan :
- Lulusan S1 dari universitas ternama, semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman dalam B2B customer success, account manager, atau peran serupa menjadi nilai tambah.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik untuk berbagai jenis audiens.
- Mampu menganalisis data (wajib menguasai Excel).
- Pemikiran kritis, problem solving yang kuat, serta mampu memahami kebutuhan klien.
- Pengalaman menangani klien multinasional di Asia Tenggara.
