B2B Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on potential customers
- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Creating and maintaining customer database
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Explaining product features and benefits, present general training for customer
- Coordinate closely with B2B Presales Team to develop sales opportunity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Fluent in English is a must
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or channel management, preferably in the networking or IT industry
- Proven track record of successful B2B projects especially in Hospitality and Retail chain store
- Established relationships with multiple partners with related industries
- Strong understanding of networking products and solutions preferably in networking & wireless telecommunication, CCTV, surveillance
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
