About the role

Become a key part of the sales team at PT Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia, a leading provider of construction equipment in the region. In this Sales Development Program role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales expertise and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What we're looking for

  • Must have bachelor's degree (S1) / master (S2) in any major.
  • Preferably those who have experience in the field of Marketing (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply).
  • Minimum GPA: 3,20
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and market research skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Good understanding with Microsoft Excel for maintains database of customer
  • A self-motivated, confidence and ambitious individual with a drive to succeed
  • Able to communicate fluently in English. (Mandarin is a plus aspect to consider)
  • Willing and ready to be placed in our Non-Java Branch (Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua Area)
