Key responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a well-rounded understanding of our business operations, including production, planning and scheduling
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives within the manufacturing and logistics functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and inventory management strategies
  • Support the analysis of data and generation of reports to inform business decisions

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations Management or Business Administration

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
