Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Human Resources Associate. This role includes tasks such as managing HR operations, supporting HR processes, facilitating hiring, training and development programs, and ensuring effective internal communication. The Human Resources Associate will collaborate with various teams to support a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
- Skills in Training & Development implementation and facilitation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is desirable
