Job Description :

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, commercial, government, education, and project-based markets.
  • Manage and coach the sales team to hit individual & team KPIs
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation & closing
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Wide network with potential clients.
  • Manage team's project timelines.
  • Update regular reports to the management team.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • 5–8 years B2B sales experience (furniture/interior/building materials preferred) in project sales management
  • Strong network in corporate, project-based, and commercial markets
  • English Fluency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, proactive, and able to manage multiple pipelines
