About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant and/or secretary at PT Mega Tama Globalindo' in Semarang, Central Java.
What you'll be doing
- Providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of company executives
- Supporting the smooth operation of the office by undertaking a variety of administrative duties
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or executive-level secretary, preferably within a simiar industry
- Female, fluent in English and willing to travel abroad
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant administrative software
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
