Job Description

Hitechmain Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a good understanding of corporate finance and taxation. This position is open for final-year students or freelance professionals who wish to gain hands-on experience in financial management and tax submission.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording and managing company financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheet).
  • Support daily financial reconciliations and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit tax documents (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT, and Annual Tax Returns).
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely tax submissions.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team and external tax consultants.
Qualifications:
  • Final-year student or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, , or similar) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, discipline, and strong time management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
