We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in lending. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong communication abilities (both verbal and written), and a keen eye for detail. This role requires structured thinking and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and growth of our lending products.

Job Description:

  • Defined and executed the product vision and strategy for lending products, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Led cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to develop and launch innovative lending solutions.
  • Spearheaded ideation, prioritization, and development of new features, driving adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
  • Established and monitored KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Evangelized lending products internally and externally, presenting to executive leadership, partners, and customers.
  • Continuously monitored product performance, gathered user feedback, and iterated on features to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Stayed ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the lending industry (SME/Consumer lending preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute projects effectively.
  • Experience in defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and iterating on features.
  • Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and emerging trends in fintech and lending.
