Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development: research, requirements, prioritization, execution, and post-launch improvements.
- Craft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria with high clarity.
- Utilize digital collaboration and product tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Figma to support product workflows.
- Conduct business and user analysis to uncover needs, opportunities, and pain points.
- Translate insights into actionable product features aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Validate product hypothesis through experimentation, usability testing, and analytics.
- Track product performance and drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in product development/management in fintech or digital product companies.
- Proven ability to write strong PRDs and work with agile methodology.
- Proficient in Notion, Figma, Miro, and other product collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
