About the role

Paradigm Fitness Indonesia, a leading provider of fitness and personal training services in Jakarta, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team on a contract basis. As our Customer Service representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their fitness journey.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  2. Assist with the registration and onboarding of new clients, guiding them through our offerings and membership options
  3. Respond to client emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update customer profiles as needed
  5. Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  6. Promote our services and encourage client engagement through effective communication and sales techniques

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of personalized service
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for our clients
  4. Familiarity with fitness-related products and services, or a genuine passion for health and wellness
  5. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
  6. Proficient in using basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
