Audy Dental has been serving patients in Indonesia for more than 16 years with 60+ branch clinics in Jabodetabek, Karawang, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya. Audy Dental serves more than patients every month.

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor and analyze revenue achievement of all branches to ensure alignment with set targets
  • Identify revenue growth trends and formulate strategy recommendations to improve branch sales performance
  • Coordinate with central and branch teams to support the implementation of promotional programs, service packages, and doctor schedule optimization for revenue enhancement
  • Monitor Patient Satisfaction Index results periodically and follow up on areas requiring improvement
  • Ensure application of SOPs, service standards, and operational policies in all branches, including purchasing processes, to ensure availability of goods and services
  • Develop and implement patient retention improvement programs with the marketing and clinic teams
  • Conduct coaching and performance assessments for branch teams, and coordinate with HR and L&D for competency development and performance improvement
  • Conduct coaching and counseling if individuals on the team encounter problems or do not meet work targets

Job Qualifications:

  • S1 (Bachelor's) in Management, Health, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in clinic operational management, healthcare services, or a similar position
  • Experienced in managing multi-branch teams and implementing SOPs/service standards
  • Familiar with reporting, and use of spreadsheets/Ms. Excel
  • Good analytical thinking
