Then come in and join us as the Clinical Product Manager - Advanced Therapies (AT) and play a pivotal role in driving the clinical adoption and market success of Siemens Healthineers' cutting-edge interventional imaging and therapy solutions.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible to maximize Order, Market share, and Customer satisfaction for advanced therapies business line in Indonesia by leading and supporting sales of AT product portfolio.
- You will develop ecosystem solutions in cross portfolio as integrated solutions of Siemens Healthineers product based on clinical pathway focus.
- You will be the Clinical and Technical Expert for Siemens full-line sales force, prospects, and customers, including clinical expertise in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and Surgery, and technical expertise in Siemens Advanced Therapies product Portfolio.
- You will collaborate with the Key Account Sales and Region Sales Team to achieve assigned business targets for number, units, margin, market share, and activity. - Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate.
- You will be responsible to develop good long term customer relationships, and customer satisfaction and drive growth of Siemens advanced therapies business.
- You will interface directly with prospects to qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system configurations, and generate quotations accordingly.
- You will create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations or site visits to prospects based on their clinical, operational, and financial needs.
- You will update and actively participate in the generation of & delivering upon sales forecasts.
- You will be observe and share market/ competitive information with the business unit for the purpose of improving market strategies.
- You will ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
Your Expertise:
- You have the commercial sales experience in surgical and intervention business or Product specialist of Imaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial healthcare Industry
- Interventional technical or clinical experience and strong PCI, IR and IO clinical knowledge.
