Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an IGCSE and IAL Physics Teacher at USG Education, located in Jakarta. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality Physics lessons in accordance with the IGCSE and IAL using Pearson Edexcel curriculum, preparing engaging and effective teaching materials, and assessing students to monitor progress. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to students to help them excel academically and achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Physics and related fields, along with strong expertise in conveying complex concepts to students
  • Competence in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Strong foundation in Mathematics to support the teaching of Physics
  • Prior experience teaching IGCSE and/or IAL Physics is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a related field is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success
