Bina Bangsa School is seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our growing academic team. Position: Chemistry Teacher (Secondary)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Curriculum: Cambridge International Curriculum

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons for IGCSE & AS/A Level in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum.

  • Develop lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials that promote deep conceptual understanding.

  • Utilize Apple technology and digital tools effectively in teaching and learning.

  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support.

  • Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with academic teams to maintain high standards and support school initiatives.

  • Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and parent engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Chemistry.

  • Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Chemistry.

  • Strong understanding of the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.

  • Competent in integrating technology in the classroom; experience in an Apple Distinguished School environment is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about inspiring students and continuously improving teaching practice.
