Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for interior fit-out works.
  • Conduct site measurements, cost analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Manage tendering and procurement processes for subcontractors and materials.
  • Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare progress claims.
  • Liaise with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
