Key Responsibilities

Guest & Reservation Support

  • Assist with:

  • Reservations & confirmations

  • Guest communication (WhatsApp / Email)
  • Arrival & departure coordination

Operational Coordination

  • Update guest records and logbooks
  • Coordinate with:

  • Housekeeping

  • Spa
  • Food & Beverage
  • Drivers

Operational Support

  • Support Front Office during peak operations
Requirements
  • Front Office or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional, guest-focused mindset
  • Organized and responsive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
