Work Location: Head Office, SOHO CAPITAL West Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research on heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, construction cranes, and mining trucks to support the company's product localization efforts in Indonesia and ensure alignment with local market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate market research findings into product development directions, driving optimization and innovation of localized products.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for daily operations, business negotiations, and technical documentation.

  • Graduate from Hydraulic engineering/Mechanical Engineering/related field (D4/S1)

  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry with a strong understanding of product characteristics and market dynamics.
  • Understand Hydraulic Analysis, Hydraulic Structure Design, and Hydraulic Engineering Design for heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and comprehend heavy equipment technical design drawings, and understand the design intentions,
  • Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills to efficiently carry out research tasks.
  • Proactive work attitude, strong team spirit, and high adaptability.
