Role Description

  • Maintain a secure and safe environment within the nightclub. This includes checking identification to verify the legal drinking age, monitoring the crowd to prevent unruly or dangerous behavior, and ensuring that patrons adhere to the club's rules and policies.
  • Control the entry and exit points of the nightclub, ensuring that only authorized and eligible individuals are allowed inside. They may also screen guests for prohibited items and enforce dress codes.
  • Provide a welcoming and customerfriendly experience. They should greet guests, answer questions, and help with any concerns or issues, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
  • Handle conflicts and disputes among patrons in a professional and non-confrontational manner. This can include managing disagreements, removing unruly individuals when necessary, and ensuring a peaceful environment. Responsible for taking appropriate actions to protect patrons and assist in evacuations.
  • Communicate effectively with nightclub management, fellow security personnel, and other staff members to maintain a cohesive operation and promptly address any security or safety concerns.
  • Enforce the nightclub's policies and procedures consistently, which may include rules regarding alcohol consumption, dress code, and behavior standards.
  • Monitor the crowd and behavior within the nightclub, promptly identifying and reporting any potential security or safety issues to management.

Qualifications

  • Have 1-2 years' experience in a Night Club
  • Good personality, positive attitude, and hard work
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours
  • Customer focus, communication proficiency
  • Stress Management/Composure
  • Fluent English
  • Able to join immediately
