Job Description Marketing Manager

●      Menyusun strategi pemasaran jangka pendek dan jangka panjang

●      Melakukan riset pasar, analisis kompetitor, dan segmentasi pelanggan.

●      Menentukan positioning produk dan strategi diferensiasi.

●      Merencanakan, mengeksekusi, dan mengevaluasi kampanye pemasaran (digital & offline).

●      Mengatur anggaran marketing agar efektif dan efisien.

●      Mengelola aktivitas promosi, event, sponsorship, dan partnership.

●      Mengawasi strategi digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content).

●      Menjaga konsistensi brand di semua channel komunikasi.

●      Mengarahkan pembuatan materi marketing (copywriting, desain, video, konten).

●      Menangani public relations dan media relations jika diperlukan.

●      Memimpin tim marketing, memberikan arahan, melakukan coaching & evaluasi.

●      Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales, produk, dan manajemen puncak.

●      Mengukur efektivitas kampanye menggunakan data & KPI.

●      Membuat laporan marketing bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan.

●      Mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan dan area perbaikan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang marketing, lebih diutamakan yang pernah memimpin tim.
  • Menguasai digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, dsb).
  • Kemampuan analisis data yang kuat.
  • Leadership, communication, dan project management yang baik.
  • Kreatif, proaktif, mampu bekerja dengan target.
