Kami mencari Sales Engineer yang berkompeten untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan. Kandidat akan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan, memahami kebutuhan teknis mereka, serta memberikan solusi produk yang tepat.
Tanggung Jawab- Melakukan kunjungan dan presentasi produk kepada pelanggan.
- Memberikan solusi teknis dan rekomendasi produk sesuai kebutuhan klien.
- Menyusun penawaran harga, proposal teknis, dan melakukan negosiasi.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan lama serta mengembangkan pelanggan baru.
- Melakukan follow up setelah penawaran hingga penutupan penjualan (closing).
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kelancaran proses order dan pengiriman.
- Melakukan analisa pasar dan kompetitor.
- Membuat laporan aktivitas sales secara berkala.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik (Mesin, Elektro, Industri, atau terkait).
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Sales Engineer (lebih disukai di industri [sesuaikan: tools, engineering, manufaktur, heavy equipment, dll]).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mengerti aspek teknis produk dan mampu menjelaskan kepada pelanggan.
- Berorientasi pada target dan hasil.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif.
- Rajin, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim.
