Job Description

  • Lead and monitor daily architectural work progress (
    finishing
    , details, etc.).
  • Ensure work quality meets established standards and technical specifications (RKS)
  • Resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site (
    troubleshooting
    ).
  • Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports.
  • Monitor the inventory and usage of architectural materials.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Architecture
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Architecture/Construction as a Site Supervisor or Field Controller
  • Mandatory proficiency
     in 
    AutoCAD
     and 
    SketchUp
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed Working Drawings (
    Shop Drawings
    )
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • ​Willing to be placed in 
    Subang, West Java
