Job Desc

  • Conduct research and exploration of new custom products, materials, finishes, mechanisms, and services relevant to current interior design trends.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to validate technical feasibility, identify potential risks, and provide preventive solutions.
  • Create clear product documentation, inspirational material, and reference guides to help designers understand and adopt new products.
  • Provide training, sharing sessions, and communication to the design team regarding features, benefits, and application methods of new products.
  • Monitor the implementation and adoption of newly introduced products in real projects, evaluating results and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage product and material samples, including data organization, requests, production, and distribution to the design team.
  • Maintain proper data management for product specifications, test results, and technical validations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on innovation progress, technical validation outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all product innovations support design relevance, aesthetic value, production efficiency, and technical quality.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, R&D, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new products into operational workflows.
