Looking for Construction Project Manager specialized in Interior Design & Renovation.

Qualifications & Experiences

  1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or related field;
  2. Maximum age 40 years old;
  3. Proven working experience as Project Manager interior project or related field, minimum 3 years;
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  5. Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;
  6. Proficient in office software, CAD or other design software;
  7. Willing to have a business trip.

岗位要求:

  1. 从事过3年以上的相关工作,有相关的项目案例;
  2. 懂得内外装饰施工方案的编制,熟悉设计图纸和施工工艺,监督施工团队按照要求施工;
  3. 懂得预算报价,能够独立进行项目的报价;
  4. 熟悉施工验收规范,质量评定标准和安全操作规程。

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the project that given;
  2. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as: clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution;
  4. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans;
  5. Communicate project progress, changes, and issues effectively;
  6. Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, equipment, and able to make a Quotation for client;
  7. Supervise all phases of the project from start to finish

岗位职责:

  1. 负责工程项目(工装)家装现场专业工种的施工管理;
  2. 负责相关项目有关方案、计划、程序、资料的编写;
  3. 按合同、图纸、规范要求协调施工,施工中严格贯彻执行有关质量、环境与安全规范、标准、规程;
  4. 负责各工种的成本控制、质量、安全、环境控制达到项目目标要求;
  5. 熟悉并掌握设计图纸、施工规范、标准以及施工工艺、监督指导工人的实际施工操作;
  6. 根据工程进度及现场实际情况,及时准确的提出材料需要的计划和工人需要计划,严格控制不必要的消耗和浪费。
