PT Create Sustainable Energy Indonesia is an emerging EV Charger company based in West Jakarta. We're now looking for a Project Manager (PM) with a background in electrical/civil engineering. The PM is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple EV Charging Station projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements. The PM leads cross-functional teams, manages contractors and stakeholders, and applies PMP/CAPM best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Project Planning & Control

  2. Manage multiple EVC station projects from initiation to handover.

  3. Develop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMP) including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communication plans.
  4. Prepare project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans for delayed activities.

  5. Ensure proper change management and documentation control.

  6. Contractor & Stakeholder Management

  7. Appoint, coordinate, and manage civil, electrical, and MEP contractors.

  8. Monitor contractor performance against scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  9. Coordinate with external stakeholders including PLN, local authorities, consultants, and clients.

  10. Lead weekly and monthly project meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution.

  11. Cost Control & Budget Management

  12. Control project budget and ensure cost efficiency.

  13. Review and approve BOQ, variations, claims, and progress payments.

  14. Track project cash flow and implement cost optimization measures without compromising quality or safety.

  15. Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC)


• Ensure implementation of QAQC plans in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.


• Review and approve Material Approval Requests (MAR), method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP).


• Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective/preventive actions.


• Ensure EVC installation complies with PLN, SNI, IEC, and manufacturer requirements.

  1. Schedule & Time Management


• Monitor project progress and ensure all activities meet agreed timelines.


• Implement schedule recovery strategies in case of delays.


• Ensure timely completion of testing, commissioning, and handover.

  1. Safety, HSE & Compliance


• Enforce HSE policies, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including SLO, PLN approval, and ESDM requirements.


• Conduct site audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  1. Reporting & Documentation


• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, including schedule, cost, risk, and quality status.


• Maintain complete project documentation for audit, handover, and final payment.


• Ensure proper as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals are completed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) or related field.
  • PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years' experience managing infrastructure, electrical, or EV charging projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EVC systems, LV/MV distribution, civil works, and commissioning.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
