Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Manager role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Presales Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and delivering tailored IT solutions. Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, managing RFP responses, and supporting the development of customized technical solutions. The role requires strong client relationship management skills, as well as coordination with internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in solution design, technical proposal writing, and conducting product demonstrations
  • Keen analytical and research skills to evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, software solutions, and relevant tools
  • Proficiency in managing client relations and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work comprehensively within a team, independently prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
  • Experience in the banking industry or financial technology is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential
