Maintenance A2B Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melaksanakan aktivitas pemeliharaan harian (korektif dan preventif) pada alat berat dan mesin untuk meminimalkan downtime.
- Memantau kinerja biaya pemeliharaan berdasarkan penggunaan suku cadang dan tenaga kerja, serta memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan anggaran.
- Mengawasi perencanaan pemeliharaan dan alokasi sumber daya guna mendukung pelaksanaan yang optimal.
- Mengevaluasi KPI peralatan pabrik, pelacakan masalah (backlog, konsumsi oli, dll.), serta membuat laporan kinerja.
- Memastikan keselamatan anggota tim selama seluruh aktivitas pemeliharaan.
- Mengembangkan dan menstandarkan prosedur (SOP) sesuai dengan komitmen perusahaan.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin atau bidang relevan lainnya.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai mekanik alat berat.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikat POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
