Requirements:

  • Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of heavy equipment maintenance and repairs to support equipment availability and operational reliability in accordance with FMC contract targets.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of the field technician team to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards, technician procedures, and established timelines.
  • Ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations through optimal management of resources, including personnel, spare parts, and work equipment.
  • Maintain workplace safety by implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards in all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers through timely communication, technical problem resolution, and transparent reporting of unit conditions and maintenance activities.

Job Objectives / Outputs for Position

  • Achieving unit availability and reliability targets according to the FMC KPIs stipulated in the contract.
  • Timely implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance according to SOPs, with zero accidents and minimizing rework.
  • Efficient use of spare parts and materials through monitoring usage and necessary engineering to accelerate maintenance and repair times.
  • Availability of complete and timely technical and administrative reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) regarding unit conditions, maintenance history, and work progress.
  • Improving the competence and productivity of the technical team through coaching, daily briefings, and periodic performance evaluations.

  • Maintaining professional relationships and effective communication with customers, demonstrated through customer satisfaction and prompt and appropriate complaint resolution.
