Our client, one of the biggest Heavy Equipment manufacturer in Indonesia, is currently looking for a Service Supervisor Engineer, placed in Batu Rona, Palembang.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and ensure effective implementation of heavy equipment maintenance and repair to achieve high equipment availability and reliability.
  2. Supervise field technicians to maintain safety, quality, and timeliness in all maintenance operations.
  3. Manage maintenance resources efficiently, including manpower, spare parts, tools, and work schedules.
  4. Enforce Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards across all service and repair activities.
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate technical and administrative reports on equipment condition, maintenance history, and progress.
  6. Foster strong customer relationships through clear communication, prompt technical support, and consistent service performance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, repair, or service operations.
  3. Proven ability to lead and supervise field technician teams, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  4. Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, spare parts management, and technical reporting.
  5. Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards and implementation in field operations.
