Tugas utama seorang Sales Administrator :

  1. Mengelola Administrasi Penjualan: Mencatat dan memproses semua transaksi penjualan. Menyiapkan dan memelihara dokumen terkait penjualan, seperti faktur, surat jalan, dan laporan penjualan.
  2. Pemeliharaan Database Pelanggan: Menjaga dan memperbarui database pelanggan untuk memastikan data kontak yang akurat.
  3. Laporan Penjualan: Menyusun laporan penjualan, analisis performa, dan laporan keuangan untuk manajemen.
  4. Mengelola Persediaan dan Pengiriman: Memastikan persediaan produk mencukupi untuk memenuhi permintaan. Berkoordinasi dengan tim ekspedisi untuk pengiriman produk tepat waktu.

Persyaratan utama seorang Sales Administrator :

  1. Pendidikan : Min. Gelar Diploma / sarjana (S1) di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Pemasaran, Teknik Otomotif, atau bidang terkait lainnya.
  2. Pengalaman Kerja : Memiliki Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam administrasi penjualan di industri otomotif (Min. 2 tahun)
  3. Pengetahuan Produk Otomotif : Pengetahuan mendalam mengenai produk otomotif yang dijual perusahaan, termasuk berbagai merek, model, dan fitur kendaraan. Kemampuan untuk menjelaskan spesifikasi teknis kendaraan kepada pelanggan serta menjawab pertanyaan terkait produk.
  4. Keterampilan Komunikasi : Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi secara jelas dan efektif dengan pelanggan, tim penjualan, dan departemen lain di perusahaan otomotif.
  5. Kemampuan Administrasi dan Organisasi : Keterampilan administrasi yang kuat untuk menangani berbagai dokumen, laporan penjualan, dan transaksi.
  6. Keterampilan Penggunaan Ms. Office : Penguasaan program Microsoft Office (Excel untuk laporan data , Word untuk dokumentasi)
  7. Pemahaman Proses Penjualan Otomotif : Memahami seluruh proses penjualan kendaraan dari awal hingga akhir, termasuk perjanjian pembelian, pembiayaan, dan pemberian garansi.
