Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and audit schedules
  • Liaise with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, & tax
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auditor in Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (Xero), MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
