Finance & Accounting Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and business performance reviews to support decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strengthen financial controls, improve accounting processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and alignment with group objectives.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee financial systems, ensure data integrity, and support system enhancements for better financial management.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of annual audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
  • Must have experience in the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a holding company or multi-entity organization.
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation and IFRS/PSAK accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
